BIM TECHNOLOGIES

Not so long ago, we began to implement BIM technologies in our projects, starting from the design stage. BIM covers almost all processes of design, construction, and operation of a building, and also helps to establish project connections between different processes.

Using BIM technologies saves time and resources, achieving optimal solutions at each stage of project implementation. Even production meetings in the company are held using BIM models of buildings under construction to visually discuss issues and decisions for each project.

Each of our contractors and developers of project and technical documentation is connected to the general model of the future facility, allowing us to closely monitor the installation of structures and engineering systems during construction, purchase materials and equipment, and more accurately plan the financing of the facility.

The company has many years of experience in the reconstruction and restoration of historic buildings in the center of Moscow, including monuments of history and architecture. A special department within the company handles cultural heritage objects.

One of Rariteco's flagship projects in the area of reconstruction and restoration of historic objects is the Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos in Butyrskaya Sloboda. This 17th-century historical object is a cultural heritage site of Moscow.

Social Responsibility

For many years, Rariteco has been a friend and sponsor of the Katun Nature Reserve in Altai. In 2023, with financial support from our company and personally from the Development Director Ekaterina Borisova, the international Visitor Center of the reserve was officially opened. This event became a landmark for the region. Various delegations visit the center, scientific seminars are held, cultural events are celebrated, and the Katun Reserve's Visitor Center has become a place of enlightenment and creativity for local children and teenagers, where they can explore the nature and traditions of their homeland.
